What is Klaira?

Klaira is an AI chatbot platform that lets you train a chatbot on your own content — PDFs, Word documents, product catalogues — and embed it on any website with a single line of code.

What counts as a message?

Each time a visitor sends a question to your chatbot counts as one message. Both plans include 10,000 messages per chatbot per month. For most small business websites that's far more than enough — a site seeing 200 visitors a day asking 2 questions each would use around 12,000 messages. Message counts reset on the 1st of each month.

What happens if my chatbot hits its message limit?

The chatbot widget will stop appearing on your site until the monthly count resets. You'll see a notice in your dashboard. Contact support if you need your limit increased between billing cycles.

What AI model does Klaira use?

Solo Bot uses GPT-4o Mini — a fast, accurate model that handles everyday questions extremely well. Agency plans also unlock GPT-4o, OpenAI's most capable model, which excels at complex or nuanced queries.

Can I try it before committing?

We are currently in beta. Apply for beta access and if approved, you'll be able to try the platform and lock in founding-member pricing that won't change as the product grows.

Does it work with WooCommerce and Shopify?

Yes. Klaira can connect to your WooCommerce or Shopify store and sync your product catalogue automatically — including prices, descriptions, stock status, and direct product links.

How do I embed the chatbot?

After configuring your chatbot, you'll receive a single script tag. Paste it into your website's HTML or WordPress footer and the widget appears immediately. The embed code never needs to change — settings like position and colour update automatically.

Can I add more chatbots?

Yes — both plans support additional chatbot slots on an à la carte basis. Contact support to increase your limit at any time.

What does 'beta pricing' mean?

Beta users who join now pay the founding-member rate. When Klaira raises prices, your subscription stays at the original rate for as long as you remain a customer.
